"MEGATEC" goes back in the early 70s under the firm name "SPEEDCRAFT Auto Engineering". Its founder Yiannis Loukopoulos started it in Chicago U.S.A when after graduating in "Automotive Engineering" he worked as the Technical manager at Guccione Motors S.A. Within other activities in the company he was the person behind the preparation and technical support of the LOLA Formula Atlantic that Nick Karabetsos competed with against drivers like Giles Vileneuve in the U.S National championship that He won two times.
Since then we have gone a long way and there have been many championships and many race, rally and hill climb wins in the "log book" of MEGATEC. Not to mention the every day car performance enthusiast customer of MEGATEC.
At present MEGATEC is involved in racing and fast road engine development, ECU and chip tuning for race and road cars, suspension development and setup and other High Tech computerized services in the R&D automotive field.
Also provides racing teams with technical consultation and support.
